Yet, according to research, 88 percent of the workforce admit they procrastinate at least one hour a day, so, it’s safe to say procrastination is a widespread issue.
Simply put …a person who “only” procrastinates 1-2 hours a day is no better than someone who does it for five or more hours. Procrastination is procrastination. Why do so many suffer from it, and how do we overcome it?
