Booking Policy
All bookings will be made on a Client-by-client basis, as a result of a written Proposal offered by Roberta Skoric, of Benbrad Enterprises Pty Ltd.
Once such Proposal has been agreed to, by email, full payment by the Client, is required, upfront, at least 4 weeks prior to the agreed workshop date, or event, or by a date agreed to, in writing between Roberta Skoric and the Client.
The Client is responsible for providing a suitable venue for the workshop/event, and the Client is also responsible for booking the venue and any associated costs incurred during the workshop/event (including food, beverages, or use of any venue resources or amenities that may incur charges). Roberta Skoric and Benbrad Enterprises Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for any workshop or event venue costs or booking arrangements, made by the Client with the workshop/event venue.
Payment options, include:
- Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard)
- Direct Deposit (EFT)
- Purchase Order - If the Client needs to raise an internal purchase order please advise Roberta Skoric. The proposed workshop date and the number of participants will not be secured until the Client has provided an official Purchase Order with all relevant details completed.
Cancellation
All requests for cancellation/transfers and change or workshop date must be received in writing and agreed to mutually between Roberta Skoric and the Client.
As a rule, refunds will not be given unless at least 14 working days’ written notice is given by the Client, prior to the agreed workshop date. No refunds will be given after this Notification of Cancellation Period ends.
In the event of a workshop, or event cancellation, a 10% (of total cost) administration fee will be deducted from payments made up-front, for all cancellations requested by the Client, outside of this Notification of Cancellation period.
If a nominated participant cannot attend the workshop, the Client may nominate a substitute participant (aka a ‘transfer’) in their place, as long as such notice of substitution is received in writing by Roberta Skoric (of Benbrad Enterprises Pty Ltd), within 24 hours of the agreed workshop, or event date, the Client will incur a $55 administration fee, per substituted participant for any substitutes made less than 24 hours prior to the workshop, or event date.
Roberta Skoric reserves the right to change the facilitators/speakers, or workshop date, or to impose reasonable additional charges, should such changes need to be made to the workshop content or delivery. In such instances, Roberta Skoric will provide written notice to the paying Client and the nominated participants, at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop/event.
