Learning To Say, ‘No’

DURATION: 1 x 3.5-hour VIRTUAL WORKSHOp



Are you saying, ‘yes’ a LOT, and are those ‘yeses’ having an adverse effect on you in some way?

Are you finding it difficult to go to sleep or are you waking during the night, worrying excessively?

Do you seem to be working on everyone else’s priorities at the expense of your own?

Do you find you never have enough time in your day to get everything done and you have little or no time to do the things that bring you enjoyment or happiness?

If you answered ‘yes’ to one or more of the questions above, then you may need to learn to say ‘no’ more. 

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • identify their own challenges with saying ‘NO’ and develop strategies to enhance their ability to say ‘NO’, instead;

  • identify and avoid their most apparent ‘Productivity hijackers’;

  • deliver an assertive ‘NO’, using one or more of five (5) different approaches to saying, ‘NO’.

  • practice and demonstrate their ability to say, ‘NO’ using the approaches and strategies discussed during the workshop.
