“We all need people who give us feedback. That’s how we improve.” (Bill Gates, Co-founder of Microsoft). And yet, so many of us find it so difficult to give and to receive feedback successfully.

Do you want to better receive the feedback given by your bosses, your peers or your team members? Do you want to improve the way you deliver your feedback to others? Do you find it easy to give positive praise but not performance improvement feedback? Delivering and receiving feedback is an essential skill for managers, individuals and teams, alike.
