To be a great listener takes conscious effort. Listening has always been a skill worth developing and it is possibly more important now than ever before. Given the busyness of our lives, together with the many distractions of digital communication, social media and virtual interaction, I believe that being a great listener is a craft we must continually hone.
Are some people just naturally, better listeners? Do you need to be a better listener? Would better listening enhance your personal and professional communication and relationships? These are just some of the questions you’ll find answers to, participating in this virtual, facilitated workshop.
