Understanding Your Stress Response

When dealing with stressful situations do you stop, reflect and think through the causes of the stress to help you feel differently? Do you find that interacting with colleagues at work helps you to reduce feelings of stress? Do you exercise regularly to minimise and manage your feelings of stress? These are just some of the ways others deal with their stressors.
From longer work hours to increased demands at home, the COVID-19 pandemic introduced new stressors to nearly every domain of our lives and as we embark on the 3rd year of the pandemic, these stressors have become persistent and indefinite, heightening everyone’s risk of burnout.
