Prioritising Your Time
DURATION: 90 MINUTE LLl workshop
How much time do you spend at work doing things that don't contribute to your success?
Do you use time management tools, like Task Lists only to find they aren't the key to productivity that they're cracked up to be?
It may not surprise you to hear that an estimated 30 percent of Task Listers spend more time managing their lists than they do completing what's on them!
In today’s fast-moving and highly electronically-dependant world of interaction via email, instant messaging, Zoom and Skype virtual meetings etc., it is time well spent (ironically) reflecting on how you prioritise your use of time.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
identify their own major time stealers and develop strategies to handle or prevent them from de-railing their priorities;
recognise the impact of poor time management and its relationship to a person’s own habits;
share strategies for managing interruptions; and
create a personal action plan of ideas to improve their prioritising of time.
