Learning To Say, ‘No’
DURATION: 90 minute LLL WORKSHOP
Learning to say, ‘no’ to others, can be a difficult skill for some people to master.
This LLL workshop provides the perfect forum to practice saying, ‘no’, using some tried and true methods.
Participants will be given fictitious, relatable workplace and personal life scenarios to practice the art of saying, ‘no’, choosing from a range of approaches.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
demonstrate an ability to say, ‘no’ in some ficticious, but relatable and realistic scenarios;
identify the right approach to saying, ‘no’ to given requests;
give and receive feedback from other participants practising the art of saying, ‘no’.
