This workshop provides a high-energy, fun environment for individuals and teams to explore the attributes of high-performing teams and create a high trust environment, where team members seek to better understand each and work together to achieve team commitments.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
differentiate between a group and a team;
identify the key characteristics of a high-performing team;
reflect on their own team’s effectiveness;
explore the five (5) dysfunctions of a team and develop strategies to prevent or overcome them;
develop a team vision and key team goals;
recall the stages of team development and the needs that must be met by the team leader at each of these stages;
discuss and demonstrate essential high-performing team behaviours;
explain and identify what drives individual and team motivation.
