DURATION: 1 DAY


This workshop provides a high-energy, fun environment for individuals and teams to explore the attributes of high-performing teams and create a high trust environment, where team members seek to better understand each and work together to achieve team commitments.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • differentiate between a group and a team;

  • identify the key characteristics of a high-performing team;

  • reflect on their own team’s effectiveness;

  • explore the five (5) dysfunctions of a team and develop strategies to prevent or overcome them;

  • develop a team vision and key team goals;

  • recall the stages of team development and the needs that must be met by the team leader at each of these stages;

  • discuss and demonstrate essential high-performing team behaviours;

  • explain and identify what drives individual and team motivation.
