Conflict and Difficult Behaviour

DURATION: 1 DAY

If you’re working with humans, then dealing with conflict is inevitable and being able to handle difficult behaviour is essential. Humans are complex and each person’s behaviour is uniquely different to another.

What if you could recognise patterns of difficult behaviour and spot the signs and symptoms of a potential rising conflict, before it becomes difficult to manage? '

Having the skills, knowledge and tools to prevent and manage difficult behaviour will benefit you in both your work and personal life.

  • explain and use the different styles and preferences for conflict management;

  • prevent and de-escalate conflicts and misunderstandings.

  • differentiate between difficult behavioural styles and what drives them;

  • use tools to map out a conflict and establish the best strategies and approach for dealing with them;
