Communication and relationships are varied, complex, forever changing, and always evolving.
Understanding the dynamics of communication is both critical and essential to an individual’s:

own sense of self-worth and confidence
By being aware of preferred communication styles and the strengths and/or challenges of those styles, individuals can develop strategies to continually enhance and grow their personal and professional effectiveness, expanding their own understanding of how others’ communication needs may be, and often are very different to their own.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
identify their own communication style, strengths, and challenges;
explain how to overcome some key barriers to effective communication;
describe better communication strategies;
identify how to be a better listener;
demonstrate effective questioning techniques;
use effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques and approaches;
practice and demonstrate effective communication, including giving and receiving feedback.
