Contributing To A Positive Workplace

DURATION: 90 minute LLL WOrkshop

What does positive workplace culture mean and who is responsible for creating a great workplace? Whilst the executive and senior leaders and managers have a large role to play in establishing the organisation’s values, strategic direction, goals and expectations, it is up to every individual within the organisation to consciously contribute to a positive workplace culture, in achievement of those goals and expectations.

What part do you, as an individual, as a team member or a team leader play in contributing to a positive workplace, and how do you ensure you ‘live’ the values and expectations of your organisation, daily?
