DURATION: 90 minute LLL WORKSHOP


Coaching is said to be one of the most important tools in a Manager’s toolkit, and to develop the art of coaching requires the right tool kit and lots of practice.

This 90-minute workshop provides a safe practice environment, where people can explore their coaching ability, using the GROW Model and other easy-to-recall coaching frameworks.

By the end of this LLL workshop, participants will be able to:

  • identify their own strengths and challenges in having coaching conversations, as a manager or supervisor;

  • identify upcoming opportunities for more workplace coaching conversations;

  • demonstrate the effective use of the GROW model in a simulated coaching situation; and,

  • receive some helpful tips to enhance their coaching effectiveness.
